2. The service

916Studio provides free browser-based planning and inspection utilities for vertical video and AI animation workflows. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not promise that every feature will be available permanently, work in every browser, or remain compatible with every platform interface and third-party tool.

3. Your content and responsibility

You retain responsibility for the scripts, prompts, files, and ideas you enter or open locally. You must have the right to use that content and must not use the service to facilitate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. Do not rely on the site as the only copy of production material; browser refreshes, crashes, or device changes may erase unsaved work.

4. Generated prompts and measurement guides

Prompt output, voiceover estimates, safe-zone measurements, and written guides are production aids rather than guarantees. AI generators may ignore instructions or change behavior. Social platforms may change interface placement. Speaking time varies by performer. You are responsible for testing the final video, checking rights and platform policies, and deciding whether the output is suitable for publication or commercial use.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass site security or access controls.
• Do not use automated requests in a way that materially degrades access for other visitors.
• Do not falsely imply that 916Studio produced, endorsed, licensed, or verified your final content.
• Do not remove legal notices from site content that you reproduce where the law requires attribution.

6. Third-party services and advertising

The site may display third-party advertisements or link to generators, editors, platforms, or documentation. Those services are independent, and 916Studio is not responsible for their availability, security, content, billing, data practices, or output. Your dealings with an advertiser or third party are between you and that party.

7. Intellectual property

The 916Studio name, interface, original site copy, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the public service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the site or permit resale of the service as your own product.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
